The apartment is 60 sqm furnished in rustic style with exposed beams and consists of: living room with two sofa beds, table and chairs, kitchen, bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, washbasin with mirror and finally the bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.
The apartments overlook the English garden in common for all and you can reach with a short walk to the pool which is located on the underside of the structure.
The apartments are heated with radiators in every room.

Description of the structure

The farm is converted from an existing structure and consists of two blocks, the lower adjacent to the pool where there are 8 bedrooms, swimming pool, restaurant / reception and the upper one where instead there are apartments from which it is accessed via a ramp.
All rooms are identical and decorated in the same way as well as apartments.
The property is surrounded by hazelnut trees which are the main activities.
In the agricultural part are poultry and pigs bred Cinta Senese.
The management is familiar and with simplicity.
In summer the hotel offers its guests a swimming pool where you can regenerate from the heat.
Inside there is also a small restaurant open only on reservation where you cook strictly authentic dishes and 70% farm products.
In summer you can also admire the garden full of seasonal products.
