The triple room is 30 square meters furnished in country style and consists of two separate areas with each other.
The bedroom with double bed and single bed, wardrobe, two bedside tables, a table with two chairs to read or have breakfast, chest with mirror and TV.
The bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
The room is heated in winter and cooled in summer by air conditioner.
Overlooking an English garden adjacent to the pool.

Description of the structure

The farm is converted from an existing structure and consists of two blocks, the lower adjacent to the pool where there are 8 bedrooms, swimming pool, restaurant / reception and the upper one where instead there are apartments from which it is accessed via a ramp.
All rooms are identical and decorated in the same way as well as apartments.
The property is surrounded by hazelnut trees which are the main activities.
In the agricultural part are poultry and pigs bred Cinta Senese.
The management is familiar and with simplicity.
In summer the hotel offers its guests a swimming pool where you can regenerate from the heat.
Inside there is also a small restaurant open only on reservation where you cook strictly authentic dishes and 70% farm products.
In summer you can also admire the garden full of seasonal products.
The property also provides a large parking but inside the farm.

Within a few kilometers there are many attractions and historic places to visit including: Terme dei Papi, Spa Le Masse, Monster Park (Bomarzo), Dying City (Bagnoregio), City of Calcata, the Vejo Park, Caprarola, Ronciglione, Sutri with the Etruscan amphitheater and necropolis, Capranica, Lake Trevignano, Bracciano and Anguillara, Lake Vico and countless festivals and events as sacred tradition.
Just 2 km from the farm there is also a Water Park (Fontevivola).
